Caramelised lime offers a subtle sweetness, with floral notes of honeydew melon, lemon drop lollies and hibiscus combined with fresh pine. Rich, earthiness unfolds from fresh walnuts and our malted barley grain spirit.

A balanced gin with citrus, grain and herbaceousness from the unique botanical blend, including freshly foraged Toatoa, Watercress and Kahikatea foraged from the rainforest surrounding our distillery.
