Faulty/Damaged/Expired Products: If the product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund. Simply email us at Admin@Liquordealers.co.nz within 14 days upon receiving your goods, we will ask for you to send the goods back to Unit 7, 2 Thomas Road Flat Bush Manukau and we will process a refund for your faulty/damaged/expired goods
Please note: Our courier company may take up to 14 business days send us a response for an accepted claim. - Legal Rights: Under the CGA, products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
Refunds
We will Refund you as part of our policy; within 30 days upon you receiving your goods. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return
Your items must be in the same conditions as you received it, Sealed, unused, unopen, in its original packaging, no labels missing, and with its tags. We will require proof of purchase- Receipt/Invoice.
We will then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Admin@Liquordealers.co.nz
We will not accept items returned to our address without any prior email requesting a refund.
Exchanges
To make an exchange, the fastest procedure will be to go through the refund process within 30 days of receiving your goods and then making a separate purchase from our website for the new product
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
Perishable goods: (such as food, flowers, or plants)
custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
