Hawkes Bay Sauvignon Blanc

13.5% ABV 750ml

Predominantly made from Sauvignon Blanc grown in the Matapiro Vineyard and tank fermented to retain the pure aromatics of this appellation, while a small portion of the blend comes from our warmer Redstone and Omarunui vineyards.

These sites contribute a richer, softer mouthfeel to the wine and give it a drinkability that is the key to the Hawke’s Bay Sauvignon Blanc style.

The aromatics are fresh and expressive with pink grapefruit, passionfruit, elderflower and gentle herbal notes with elements of richer tropical fruits.

The palate is medium weight, gentle and fresh with excellent flavour persistence. This is complimented by underlying flinty and mineral notes.
